1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Customers must create an online account to participate. Employees, affiliates, or partners of Bio Water Products may be excluded at our discretion.

2. ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is free and optional. Customers may enroll by creating an account. Only one account per individual is permitted.

3. EARNING POINTS

Members may earn points through qualifying activities, including but not limited to:

• Purchasing eligible products
• Creating an account
• Subscribing to emails or SMS
• Participating in promotions or special events

Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts unless otherwise stated.

4. POINT VALUE REDEMPTION

Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Points may be redeemed only through the Bio Water Products website. Points may only be redeemed for the value of product(s) and do not impact shipping, tax, or any other fees applied at checkout. Redemption options, point thresholds, and rewards are subject to change at any time. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5. EXPIRATION OF POINTS

Points do not expire as long as the user’s account is active. In the event that Bio Water Products LLC dissolves or ceases operations, all points are non-refundable.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Points earned from returned or refunded purchases will be deducted from the member’s account. If a reward was redeemed for a refunded purchase, the associated points will not be reinstated.

7. TIER STATUS

Tier levels, benefits, and qualification thresholds are determined by Bio Water Products. Tier status is reviewed periodically and may reset annually. Benefits are non-transferable and may change without notice.

8. ACCOUNT MISUSE AND FRAUD

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the Program
• Multiple accounts or manipulation of point accrual
• Violation of these policies

Any unused points may be forfeited upon termination.

9. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Bio Water Products reserves the right to:

• Modify point values, rewards, or eligibility
• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time
• Change this policy without prior notice

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Personal information is used to administer the Program, track points, and communicate rewards and updates. We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: http://www.biowater.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Program’s Terms. Please be advised the Program is hosted in the United States. If you access the Program from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Program, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Water Products is not responsible for:

• System errors affecting point balances
• Unauthorized access to accounts
• Delays or failures in reward delivery

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
